Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees. Creating an account with EventNinja is fast, easy, and at no cost. You have 30 days to try the product for free, so there is no risk involved.

What do I get in the free trial?

It’s simple really – you get unlimited access to all the features on the platform, and should you face a problem, have a question, or simply want to talk, we are always there – via email and chat.

Who owns my data?

You, of course. It’s your data after all. We want you to use EventNinja, because you love using it, not because we have held your data “hostage”. You can export all your data, email campaign reports from EventNinja whenever you want.

Is my data safe?

We take data security very seriously. All customer data is securely stored in Amazon data centers, and the network design ensures no unauthorized access. All web interactions are encrypted through SSL. Read this page for more info.

If the same person goes to two events, is he/she counted twice?

No. To determine how many attendees there are in your account, we will only count each person once.

Are you affiliated with EventBrite?

No, we are an independent company. However, we work closely with the EventBrite API team to make sure EventNinja is always ahead of the curve.

What happens when I delete my account?

When you delete your account we remove all your data from our servers.

Do you need to sync my entire account?

Yes, for two reasons. First, we can't select individual events from EventBrite when we import your data. But most importantly, we need to get the full picture of your account to create some reports. For example: when we show you the "New vs Returning attendees" Report for an event, we need to know exactly how many events each attendee has attended in their history with you.
